Speaking with the Elders

How to get centered in the middle of chaos. How to live in peace and harmony with yourself and others, and the Red Road to contentment, indigenous wisdom.

Sacheen Littlefeather, I am an urban Indian, born under a genocidal umbrella in the U.S.A., from a dysfunctional family background. At a young age I was a suicide survivor and thriver. I have a western education and have been taught the traditional ways of my people. Today I speak as an elder from wisdom that has been gained throughout a lifetime of living, and a lifetime of teaching.

I am Apache/Yaqui (Arizona). I have been fortunate to work with the poorest of the poor, with Mother Teresa of Calcutta, to have met and spent time with H.H. the Dalai Lama, and to have been taught and mentored by many knowledgeable indigenous elders who are no longer here. Now is my time to walk in their footsteps, and share the knowledge that I have gained.
