Helena Soholm is a psychotherapist practicing in Seattle, WA. Helena’s research interests are in the areas of contemporary forms of shamanism, cultural identity, spirituality, and the arts.
Helena graduated from Smith College with a BA in Psychology and Religion in 2000. She also holds master’s degrees in Theological Studies from Harvard University (2002) and Existential-Phenomenological Psychology from Seattle University (2007).
She is currently a PhD Candidate in clinical psychology at Saybrook University. As a practitioner and scholar of shamanism, Helena will address her personal journey into the world of shamanism within the cultural contexts of South Korea and the U.S.
